A windsurfer was rescued after getting into difficulties off the Sussex coast.
The Eastbourne RNLI lifeboat was called out after people on the beach at Pevensey Bay raised the alarm when they spotted the surfer fall into the water.
The man who was about 500 yards out, was picked up and returned to the Spray Water beach.
He was unhurt during the incident, which happened just after 1pm today.
