A mother and daughter had to be cut free from their car following a crash at a mini roundabout.
The women were travelling along Ifield Avenue, Crawley in a Nissan Micra at about 5.30pm tonight when they were involved in a crash with a Ford Ka.
Two crews from Crawley Fire Station used cutting crew to remove the women, believed to be from Crawley, who were released from the car on stretchers before being taken to hospital.
Firefighters were at the scene for more than an hour and twenty minutes.
