A motorhome has been seriously damaged in a fire.
The motorhome was parked in the driveway of a home in Eastwick Close, Patcham, Brighton, when it accidentally caught alight at 11.40am today.
Two crews from Preston Circus station attended.
Am East Sussex Fire and Rescue spokesman said: “It was well alight.”
In St Leonards Road, Hove, two breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a main jet have been used to put out a blaze in a house at 10.30am.
The fire broke out in a roof.
It was described as “quite bad” by a fire spokesman. Three fire engines from Hove attended and battled the blaze for an hour.
No one was injured in either incident.
