A man is being hunted after two others were stabbed at a home.

A 20-year-old man was stabbed four times and a 17-year-old boy, both from Crawley, was stabbed once yesterday at 12.30am.

Both were taken to hospital where they remained yesterday.

The incident took place in Shaws Road in Northgate, Crawley.

Detective Sergeant Jon Pink said: “This is a serious incident and both victims have received nasty stab wounds to their upper bodies which thankfully, although serious, are not life-threatening.

"We are seeking the public's assistance to trace a man who was seen running away from the incident.

"This man is described as white, 18-years-old, of slim build, approximately 5ft 6ins tall with short, dark hair, wearing a red and black jacket red cardigan with blue shirt and blue jeans.

"This man was last seen running in the direction of Woodfield Road, near to the petrol garage and shopping parade.”

A 21-year-old Crawley man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and has been bailed until July 14.
