ON MY way back from work recently, I saw the Moscow State Circus in Preston Park, in Brighton.
I thought it would be good to take my wife and two boys along to see it.
When I got home I looked on the good old interweb to see how much tickets would cost.
I was directed to Ticketmaster by a well-known search engine. I selected two adult tickets and two child tickets.
The adult tickets are £10 each and the child tickets are £7 each.
For some reason there is also a £1 fee for each ticket – that’s an extra £4.
I then went to the booking page where there is also a £2.50 booking fee charge.
That’s an extra £6.50. This is outrageous.
Does anyone have an explanation for these exorbitant fees?
