Burglars brazenly walked into a house in broad daylight and stole cash.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the robbery at a property in Henley Down, Catsfield, at 1.10pm on Wednesday May 2.
At 1.05pm the owner of the property heard a noise. At 1.10pm two men were seen walking away from the property and seen to drive off in a hatchback car described as being turquoise in colour, with silver trim.
There are believed to be two suspects, who stole £30 in cash from the property.
The first suspect is described as a white man, age unknown, 5' 10" to 6' of slight build and with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a blue t-shirt with thick stripes (dark and light blue). Other body features of the suspect include a thin face, prominent nose, clean shaven with five o'clock shadow.
The second suspect is described as a white man, age unknown, 5' 10" to 6' of proportionate build and with mousey brown hair. He was wearing brown coloured t-shirt. Other body features of the suspect include a rounded face.
Any witness or anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting serial 1107 of 2/5. Alternatively, call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
