A hotel was evacuated after a fire broke out.
Guests were cleared from the Majestic Hotel, along the seafront in Eastbourne, after a cardboard crushing machine in its basement caught alight.
The fire broke out at 8.20pm yesterday and Eastbourne firefighters attended.
