Firefighters were called to an emergency incident at Gatwick Airport today.
A crew from Crawley attended at about 7.15am after reports an incoming aircraft was suffering “severe air force vibration”, a firefighter said.
He explained the crew were sent to the airport as a precaution. “It is not that uncommon but probably bumpy for the people coming in,” he said.
