An evicted Big Brother housemate has launched an attack on Tourette's sufferer Pete Stephenson.
Michael, who left on Friday alongside fellow contestant Spiral, labelled Pete a "one-trick pony" whose condition makes him boring.
The remarks, made to a Sunday newspaper, were condemned by the Tourette's Syndrome Association.
Pete Stephenson, 24, from Brighton, is tipped to win the reality TV show.
Michael, from London, said in the newspaper: "Pete shouldn't win. He was a great guy but he's a one-trick pony with his Tourette's.
"He's really moody. I tried to get on with him. He's introverted.
"I know the Tourette's takes up his time and concentration but in real life, he's not the best person to get on with."
Previously in the show Pete has explained to housemates that sometimes he has a particularly bad day with his Tourette's that makes it difficult for him to talk to people.
A spokesman for the Tourette's Syndrome Association said Michael should be more sympathetic to his needs.
He said: "People should make allowances for sufferers, not humiliate them. We wish Pete well and hope he wins."
