If you fancy losing your sanity for a while, whilst at the same time raising money for charity, then you are invited to attend an Mad Tea Party in Rottingdean next Friday, the 8th of October.
Artists and volunteers at the Gallery Cafe in Neville Road are holding the event to raise money for the Rockinghorse appeal which helps sick children in Sussex and Surrey.
Amie Harman, one of the staff The cafe said: "it will be a night like no other and we should be having a lot of fun". Staff at the Cafe including, it is hoped, the men will be guessed as Victorian serving maids and guests are also invited to dress in Victorian costume.
The mayor and Mayoress of Brighton, Cllr Mrs Jeff Wells, will attend the party.
