The University of Brighton has applied to demolish one of its blocks in a halls of residence.
The application has been made to Brighton and Hove City Council.
The university wants to knock down Chailey House, one of the blocks in the Varley Halls based in Coldean Lane, Brighton, as well as a launderette and gym block nearby. Varley is the university’s largest halls of residence.
