Brighton and Hove Albion fans have just one plea to the victorious Labour Government - give us a new stadium.
Thousands of voters in the city gave Tony Blair the chance to make a historic return for a third term in power.
Now his party has a chance to make real history by giving something back to the city in return - a 22,000-seat stadium we can all be proud of.
Brighton and Hove Albion's chief executive Martin Perry has sent out a plea to the Tony Blair's re-elected Government: "Please give us a new stadium."
Mr Perry spoke as the team prepared for its most crucial game of the season tomorrow against Ipswich, where they will be battling to stay in the Championship.
Albion fans are being urged to throw their support behind their team and The Argus' Make Some Noise campaign to give the Seagulls a massive boost at Withdean stadium tomorrow.
The campaign was launched last month encouraging supporters to be as loud as possible cheering on their team as they faced the threat of relegation.
Fans can also take the Falmer message straight to the heart of government by filling out a form printed in The Argus today, spelling out why a stadium is so important.
Supporters say Falmer is the only viable site for the arena and all the 11 suggested alternatives are unrealistic.
Mr Perry said: "On a local level the outcome of our survey was that every single Labour candidate supported the stadium.
"This has been a huge week for this football club as the election coincided with the closing of the inquiry.
"The message we send to this new Government is there is only one site for a community stadium in Brighton and Hove which is sustainable, viable and available."
Albion fans are backing The Argus campaign. Steve Harris, from Brighton, 34, said: "I'm sure we're going to stay up and if we want to make sure we stay up and really challenge for the top places then we need that stadium."
Seagulls supporter Fatboy Slim is adding his voice to the Make Some Noise Campaign and calling on fans to shout, whistle and wave their way through the match.
The Hove DJ, also known as Norman Cook, is appealing to supporters to turn out with horns, hooters and flags to show their backing for the team as they face Ipswich Town for the crunch match at Withdean Stadium.
The 1pm kick-off will be watched by around 6,500 supporters from the terraces while fans across the city will crowd around television screens to see the side fight for Championship survival.
Norman, whose record company Skint is the club's official sponsor, said: "Albion fans have always been loyal even through the dark days and the sound of all that support must give the players an extra lift.
"We have everything to play for and we are in with a fighting chance tomorrow."
