Sam Carr-Gomm, the owner of an adorable-looking Jack Russell cross Staffie and Whippet, called Frank, is desperate to get him back.
Frank was last seen being taken out of Preston Park, by a group of teenage boys on or around the last Bank Holiday Monday (May 31, 2010).
She believes the boys stole the puppy from her garden, and was later seen with it by one of her friend’s near Preston Park. It’s been three weeks since, and she’s checked with local organisations.
But as Frank hasn’t been handed in, she’s tried everything else she could think of: plastering 2,000 posters around Brighton; contacting the Police; the dog warden; dog pounds; local vets; and dog walkers. So far... no joy.
For all her efforts, it seems that Sam is no nearer to getting her cute four-month-old puppy back. Hopefully, Argus readers might be able to help.
You can do this by helping to spread the word; or printing off a poster and putting it somewhere that’s noticeable. Sam would really appreciate it. Every little helps.
Frank is out there – somewhere. Maybe one of the teenagers who took the puppy, or their family or friends, who knows Frank’s whereabouts, will decide to do the right thing.
Sam can be contacted on 07815 312042.
