The Falmer Stadium has sparked a ticket frenzy as business leaders splash out on luxury packages.
Firms across Sussex have already spent £7 million on hospitality deals at the new ground – more than twice as much as had been hoped for by now.
Celebrities who moved early to bag seats in the £93 million stadium include Des Lynam and superstar DJ Norman Cook.
And from today fans wanting a touch of fine dining on match day also have the chance to snap up the best seats.
Albion supporters are also rushing to get themselves season tickets for the final year at Withdean – putting them at the front of the queue for season tickets for Falmer when they go on sale this autumn.
Albion chief executive Martin Perry said: “We’ve been talking about this stadium for ten years. After all this time, to see it appearing is amazing.”
Andy Lang, of long-time Albion supporters Languard Alarms, who has snapped up two platinum seats, said: “My sons will use them and my grandson - they are a seat for life to pass on.”
