Since my last post showing all the determination to give up breastfeeding I have changed my mind and am now determined to breastfeed until six months if I can.
It's still difficult. We don't have a feeding pattern and I am starting to introduce baby to rice and purees. Little one seems to enjoy the new tastes but is still snacking on breast milk from anything between 1 to 3 hours and now I am determined for a routine rather than substituting my milk for formula.
Isobel is very much emotional led. She feeds frequently in new surroundings or wanting comfort and these are habits that I need to look into so that we can both create a routine. I have now asked my online mummies for advice in this area in the hope I am not the only one that has been demand feeding for 4 months.
Hopefully I can use others advice to set us onto a more managable routine.
