It was my son's 32nd birthday last Tuesday and we took him and the family out for a meal in Brighton.
We parked in Regency Square car park and were away for about two and a half hours.
On our return, I had to pay £6 at the pay station £4 for parking and £2 for smelling the odour of stale urine around the pay station, I suspect.
Surely the NCP staff could hose down the area or be present to stop the car park being used as a toilet.
