Originally from Chichester, then Brighton, then London, this band are, in their own words "a frenetic mix of euphoric, melodic, beautiful, intense rock".
Traces of Smashing Pumpkins, At The Drive-In, Radiohead and U2 are all mixed up into a hurricane sound.
One hundred shows in the past 16 months have fuelled their passion and won them acclaim from fans and critics alike. The band came together in the summer of 2004, united by the common desire to inject energy into what they felt was a stale format.
Their debut single was played by Zane Lowe, Steve Lamacq and XFM's John Kennedy and follow-up Beautiful Ruin, released in April, was awarded single of the week on Phil Jupitus's BBC Radio 6 show.
This afternoon's free Worthing gig takes place as part of the Worthing Festival and bands including Early Morning Soundtrack are also on the bill.
On Thursday, they are joined by Republic Of Heaven, Anotherstory and Daze One.
Today's gig starts 4pm. Thursday's at the Cable Club, Pressure Point, Richmond Place, Brighton, starts at 8pm, tickets £4 and £3.
