Believe it or not, it's been four years since X-Press 2 gave us the massive hit Lazy.
Featuring Talking Head's David Byrne, it got to number two in the charts, winning the trio mainstream fame, as well as an Ivor Novello award.
The single came from the 100,000 - selling album Muzikizum but things have been pretty quiet since.
It turns out the DJs and producers Rocky, Diesel and Ashley Beedle have been working on a brand new album and it's finally ready for release in September, on Skint.
So why the delay? "In the past four years a lot had changed," says Diesel.
"We changed, the scene changed, so a lot of the time we used up starting ideas and then second guessing them.
"We did put a lot of pressure on ourselves by having had a successful record and trying to continue down that path. There was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with ideas."
"We're DJs so we have to fit studio work around that," Rocky continues.
"We've also worked a lot harder on this album than anything we've ever done. On several occasions, we've either completely reworked certain tracks or scrapped them altogether. It's that, coupled with the fact we all have families and solo projects to spend time on, that the album has taken so long to finish."
They've aimed to make the album more song orientated and vocal-led.
"It's moved from only sounding good at three in the morning to one that sounds good at three in the afternoon, too."
Guest vocalists include Lambchop's Kurt Wagner and The Music's Robert Harvey, who features on their next single, Kill 100, out on August 28.
Tonight they play a DJ set, although they'll be playing live at a load of festivals this summer. Nic Fanciulli, David Parr and Tula are also on the bill.
