Now the waste transfer facility in Hollingdean Lane has been all but rubber-stamped by central Government, how do David Hawker, director of education at Brighton and Hove City Council, and Veolia plan to ensure the health and safety and the standards of education of the children at Downs Infants School while the building works are underway?
And how will they continue to ensure this once the facility opens?
