I understand it is against the law to drive while using a mobile phone.
So perhaps someone can explain to me why the police think they are exempt from this law?
My daughter and I saw a police car driving slowly along Valley Road, towards the Old Village, Portslade, on Wednesday, July 18, at about 4.30pm.
It soon became clear the reason it was going slowly was because the driver was very clearly having a conversation on a mobile. If I had had a camera on me, I would have taken a picture, then perhaps he could have been named and shamed.
He certainly deserves to be.
