The Big Brother housemates are getting physical in a bid to win their shopping budget.
They must devise special training programmes to test their co-ordination, strength and endurance skills.
The housemates have been denied decent food as a punishment for Jayne's persistent rule-breaking.
For this latest task Big Brother supplied hula hoops, boxing gloves, medicine balls and skipping ropes.
Brighton contestant Pete Stephenson and fellow housemates Mikey and Aisleyne were elected training leaders.
Jayne is up for eviction this week along with Richard.
The rest of the group were sick of being punished for her rule-breaking.
In a bid to save herself from eviction, Jayne pleaded her case.
"I've got lots to offer," she told Big Brother. "I think I'm fun-loving, energetic, bubbly, out-going, a bit scary, quite challenging, lovable, and quite sexy I like a chat, I'm good at singing, I like dancing and I can give a good argument."
Despite her plea, Jayne is the bookies' favourite to get the boot on Friday.
