Thank you for the concern of the person, who must be a neighbour, who sent to "the occupier" of my address the details of Alcoholics Anonymous.
This presumably follows a recent incident when I smashed a large amount of crockery in my home.
I have suffered from bipolar affective disorder (manic depression) for many years. Although I lead a normal life, including holding down a responsible job, I sometimes have to cope with very distressing emotions. This can result in bizarre behaviour (which is never unsafe for others).
I would like people to be aware that if someone is behaving in an odd way, it does not necessarily mean they are "just drunk".
