Pete Stephenson's popularity among the women in the Big Brother house is growing following a heart-to-heart with housemate Imogen.

The Daddy Fantastic singer has not been short of female attention during his stay in the house but so far the Welsh beauty queen has kept her feelings for him close to her chest.

But after grabbing a rare moment alone with the 24-year-old, she told the Brighton rocker how she felt.

Looking into Pete's eyes, Imogen said: "I want to have a conversation with you because there are always people around you. I wish it wasn't like that."

After Pete agreed, Imogen added: "I don't like to see you upset. Just because you've come to lay down, doesn't mean there's something wrong ... Don't feel threatened. Don't think that a person thinks you're being rude because you're not talking enough ... You're going to be here 'til the end."

Blushing Pete said he was not sure about that but the 23-year-old bar hostess said everybody loved him and she thought a lot of him. She said: "Don't think there's something wrong with you, there's not... You know I'm here if you wanna speak."

"Good," Pete replied, and then they both shared a hug.
