I would like to say a big thank you to John Homewood and all the committee of Woodingdean Carnival for giving me such a wonderful day last Saturday.
I was asked to judge the floats and the children's groups, then I had a ride in a stretch limo and was presented with a bouquet.
It brought back many memories, as my late husband Nick Moore started the carnival 40 years ago.
It will be a day I will always remember.
Once again, thank you and well done to everyone for all your hard work in making the carnival such a success.
-Joan Moore, Woodingdean
