Sussex are relishing a Lord's showdown with fierce rivals Lancashire in the final of the C&G Trophy at Lord's on August 26.
The county had already booked their place but Lancashire joined them yesterday after a three-wicket win over Warwickshire at Edgbaston.
The two counties have proved the strongest in domestic cricket so far this season with Lancashire six points clear of Sussex at the top of the Championship.
Sussex's Matt Prior, who captained the side in the defeat against Gloucestershire yesterday, said: "The boys can't wait to be honest.
"For a lot of us it's a first appearance at Lord's. It's a great occasion between the two best sides in the country at the moment and we are looking forward to it."
