A company performing one circus act per minute for 45 minutes sounds exhausting in itself.
But when we heard the company has just three performers, it made us want to slump in a recliner chair fanning ourselves.
Australian company Circa have it down to a fine art, though, and have chucked in an extra act for luck.
46 Circus Acts In 45 Minutes started life as the bigger 61 Circus Acts In 60 Minutes.
"This is the slimmed-down family show," says artistic director Yaron Lifschitz. "We've got tumbling, juggling, contortion, handstands, unicycling - everything you can think of really. It's fun-filled and very madcap."
The three showmen perform to music and act as ringmasters, introducing all the moves, while a clock counts down the time.
"Some of the skills have a contemporary twist, some are traditional. Some are comical, but it's all hugely engaging and enjoyable," says Yaron.
"It's incredibly hard work, as you can imagine, but we train all year round to explore - and extend - the limits of what circus can do. These amazing skills are pulled apart and re-invigorated."
Two of the performers, Darcy and David, have been honing their circus skills since their teens and the third, Chelsea, is a dancer.
Already a massive hit Down Under, where it plays to more than 50,000 people each year, this is the show's first tour away from home.
It has seen most UK shows sell out and is likely to have the same success when it continues its European tour. "It's one of the few shows adults and children can really get into. It's not aimed at one more than the other - everyone can enjoy it."
Starts at 2pm and 5pm, tickets cost £9 and £6. Call 01273 709709.
