By allowing the planning application to build a waste disposal plant in the middle of a built-up area with schools very close by, Brighton and Hove City Council is in breach of its duty of care to the public.
They are putting at risk the health of the children who live and play in the area.
What about the fact the plant will be processing rubbish not only from Brighton but other areas?
Has this been made public?
