Learner and Loewe's classic musical gets a fresh airing thanks to the Peacehaven Players. Packed with classic songs including Get Me To The Church On Time and I've Grown Accustomed to Her Face, 2006 marks 50 years since the play was first staged in New York.
Darelle Tomlinson stars as Eliza Doolittle, while irascible professor of phonetics Henry Higgins is played by Jim Jenner. Parodied by both The Simpsons and Family Guy, the story and the music of My Fair Lady are etched into popular culture. Director Cathy Rands has made a faithful recreation of the classic stage musical, with the stars joined by a strong supporting cast.
