The Boutique has been enjoying a hiatus of late after the people behind it decided a night at the pub was a fresh, intriguing option.
But, as expected, they've grown restless and are returning with an almighty all-nighter. They've opted for a change of scenery this time, too, moving to the Ocean Rooms after a nine-year residency at the Concorde 2.
For the first time this is an afterhours session, so be sure to have your afternoon power nap.
The city's like-minded and mind-bending folk will be treated to a rare and exclusive Brighton set from The Glimmers, the original bootleg, electro, nu-disco, punk-funkers from 2 Many DJs, who have remixed for the likes of The Killers, Roxy Music, Bloc Party and New Order.
Boutique resident DJ Touche is also on the bill, playing hip-hop, electro, house, tribal beats and probably much more. He says of the Boutique: "It has always evolved with music and the times, while still remaining outside the mainstream. It's about what's new and exciting and a little left of centre, and the crowd has always been excellent."
All this, plus three floors of sounds, a basement Neon UV party, drinks promotions, shot girls and local DJ crews.
It's with open arms and a big sweaty hug we welcome back the clubnight that first brought you Erol Alkan, Tiga, Radio Soulwax, LCD Soundsystem, Mylo, Scissor Sisters, Felix Da Housecat, Cut Copy, Dave Richards and placed Mani in the bar with his old skool box of vinyl.
4am-10am, from £8, 01273 699069
