Having just successfully completed the three-day bike ride, I would like thank The Argus for the immense organisation which goes into this three-day event.

This includes everybody who helps out at the refreshment stops, the St John's Ambulance and even the marshalls who are there to help if anyone is in trouble.

Thanks, too, to the lorry boys and every one at the Brighton Rugby Club, thanks to Elsa and a very big thanks to the team who helped me through the three-day event - Mark, Louie, Paul, Bob, Greg, Richard, Helen, Linda, and Claire. I look forward to seeing you all next year.
