The jury in the trial of a man accused of stabbing to death a former neighbour will today continue to consider its verdict for a third day.
Ricky Smith, 21, denies murdering Matthew Jones in Hastings last September.
Smith, of Millward Road, Hastings, has told the jury he acted in self-defence.
The fatal attack is alleged to have taken place outside Smith's mother's home in Churchill Avenue.
Jones, a father of three who lived in Churchill Avenue, bled to death from a single stab wound.
The jury of seven women and five men began considering its verdict on Tuesday morning and spent all day yesterday deliberating.
The trial continues.
