A restaurant boss who found fame and success after being grilled by Gordon Ramsay will be back on television this weekend.
Charita Jones, of Momma Cherri's restaurant, Brighton, which specialises in soul food, will be a guest on the cooking programme Saturday Kitchen.
Her restaurant was struggling until it was featured in an episode of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares in 2004.
Since then she has been booked solid almost every night and has expanded to larger premises a few doors away.
She said: "This is the first time since we opened that I've turned over a profit. We were dripping in debt. I think we're now at about zero, making a profit and looking for private backers to finance expansion."
The programme airs on Saturday at 10am on BBC1.
