I write in reply to Mr Kent's letter about being left with £18-worth of bus tickets.
I am also an OAP, on a basic pension with no firms scheme and no car.
I always thought, though I might be wrong, that one could always buy tickets from the driver.
Might I ask Mr Kent why he did not do this?
Why buy in such quantities? Could you not find someone younger who could use your tickets?
It was common knowledge the free tickets started in April. I'm afraid you get no sympathy from me, Mr Kent.
