It is rare to get a good production with a witty script and an excellent cast that makes you laugh from curtain-up to curtain-down.
But that is what Eastbourne has this week in Alan Aykbourn's classic Living Together.
This social comedy is one of his Norman Conquest plays, following a chaotic family get-together.
Annie (Coronation Street's Sally Ann Matthews) wants a weekend away from her formidable mother whilst her brother Reg (Drop The Dead Donkey's Robert Duncan) and his wife Sarah (Sabina Franklyn) hold the fort.
But it is not with her husband Tom - she hopes to escape with Norman.
Reg wants everyone to play a game he has invented, Norman gets drunk and Sarah and Annie fall out.
The sequel, Table Manners, arrives here on May 16.
Running until Sat, 01323 412000
