Tours of a revamped seafront architectural landmark have been sold out.
Brighton's Embassy Court is back to its gleaming Modernist best after a £5 million refurbishment.
The owners organised a number of tours around the property during the Brighton Festival Fringe but were overwhelmed with demand.
Now they have announced a number of further tours during Architecture Week, from June 16 to 25.
Rowena Easton, arts and media director of the building's freeholder, Bluestorm, said: "Yet again we have been a victim of our own success and the Brighton Festival Fringe tours have sold out in a short time.
"But anyone who has missed the May tours can join tours taking place as part of Architecture Week.
"I'd advise you to book early to avoid disappointment."
Tours start in the foyer and include a visit to the roof terrace, giving stunning views along the seafront, and a look around the basement rooms.
Run by a team of dedicated volunteers, the tours will take place every day of the week at 11am and cost £6, or £3 for concessions.
