Crawley's owners have been warned their dispute with the players is not over yet.
The club announced an end to the controversial 50 per cent cut in wages following a meeting with representatives from the players' union last week.
The players have received the remaining half of February's money and are set to be paid in full for March this week.
However, the Professional Football Association say the payment of bonuses and appearance fees have not been resolved.
PFA spokesman Simon Barker said: "We are pleased the players have been back-dated for February but there are still contractual issues.
"Bonus schemes are an integral part of the contract so if they are not being paid then the club is in breach of contract.
"Unless there is an agreement with the players to the contrary, those monies are owed so we are still involved.
"The club were in conversation with us last week and we spoke to the players.
"It is encouraging that something is being done but we will have to wait to see if the players get their money for March.
"We are taking it on a week by week basis. The players got another great win on Saturday in difficult circumstances, so they are fulfilling their side of things. We want the club to do the same."
Captain Danny Brown is hoping an end to the off-field problems is in sight.
He said: "I don't think everything will ever be rosy because it has happened.
"But what has happened is done, everyone has worked through it and I think we are coming out the other side now.
"The gaffer and Al (Alan Lewer) have got the club and players sorted out and I would imagine things look bright for the future.
"It is about getting over this period and settling down."
Brown says the pay-cuts have played no part in Crawley's upturn in form.
Reds travel to Dagenham and Redbridge tonight having lost once in five league games.
It has taken them from second-bottom in the Conference to four points clear of the relegation places.
Brown said: "The way the boys are playing now has nothing to do with wages and the way we were playing before had nothing to do with wages.
"We are doing better now because we have found a team that is working.
"It has been swapped around so much in the past but now we have a steady base.
"It wasn't looking good but the manager has got a bunch of players together and everyone knows what they are doing."
Brown is confident Reds can reproduce their good home form on the road tonight and extend their three-game winning streak.
Crawley have won just once away this season, a 2-1 victory at Scarborough in October, but Brown is looking at nothing less than three points.
He said: "We have got three wins on the bounce so why can't we get four? I'm not even thinking about drawing games at the moment.
"I know away draws are good points but at the moment we have a winning mentality, so let's stick with it."
Reds are expected to be unchanged with only Gavin Gordon (hamstring) ruled out through injury.
