How I agree with LD Brayley (Letters, March 3). What is the hold up with the redevelopment of the King Alfred site?
The city taxpayers have a right to know when this expensive white elephant is going to be replaced with a building more appropriate to our city status.
A slum on the seafront, in a premier position, is what we have, instead of a world-class architectural gem.
A wonderful opportunity is being squandered by continued bickering. Please let's get on with it.
