An artist who has captured a host of celebrities on canvas is painting a portrait of Mike Tyson to be auctioned during the boxer's visit to Sussex.
Julie-Anne Gilburt is putting the finishing touches to the portrait, drawn from a selection of photos, before it goes under the hammer to raise money for Brighton-based children's charity Whoopsadaisy.
Tyson will present trophies and host a question and answer session at an amateur bout at Effingham Park Golf Club in Crawley on Friday.
The event was initially booked for The Brighton Centre but Brighton and Hove City Council pulled the plug after it sparked uproar among women's groups.
Julie-Anne has also painted DJ Norman Cook and his wife Zoe Ball, actor Chris Ellison and singer Michelle Gayle.
She said: "I'm doing Tyson's portrait from some photos and on the night, two glamorous girls are going to present the painting. I am quite nervous about it, I've got to get it right and I've got to get it finished by Friday."
