I think I can follow the argument about the King Alfred being "key to city's future development" (The Argus, February 20).
Unless Brighton and Hove City Council approves Frank Gehry's fatuous fantasy, it's all up with the city because every other property developer in the world will roll up their blueprints, sadly shake their heads and move on to Eastbourne.
Perhaps something more than an aspirational doodle and bit of Lego would help sell the King Alfred development, rather than silly threats.
