I could not follow the logic in Monday's leader regarding developments in Brighton and Hove seafront (The Argus, February 27).
The article seemed to be suggesting the only way we can open up seafront views in front of the Churchill Shopping Centre is by allowing huge developments at Black Rock and the King Alfred, which would ruin the seafront around both of these areas for decades.
Brighton can still develop and grow without selling off the seafront to property speculators.
