Regarding the huge increase in Council Tax, surely it's time for every household to make a positive stand against such daylight robbery.
There will be large increases in gas and electricity bills. Water rates are now huge and we aren't supposed to use much water. Supermarkets have put up prices on everything.
Now is the time for every Council Tax payer to say: "No, we will not pay the increases. It's been wasted for far too long".
They can't put every householder in prison. There are too many of us. We are paid low salaries in the Brighton and Hove area and our wages won't be able to meet all these further increases.
We should make a stand and refuse to pay. It's got to stop somewhere, before thousands of families are bankrupt. You can't get wood out of a stone.
