A well-paid US professor, in a decent, enjoyable job, recently said that, in future, we will all have to work until we're 85 years old. I am not an educated person but I thought the idea of living longer lives meant life was supposed to get better and be happier, rather than be spent working.
Retirement must stay at 65 for most people. If there is any additional financial burden of living better, longer lives, it should be placed on the shoulders of the rich or people like this professor He may have wished he'd kept his mouth shut.
