I wasn't surprised to hear the Royal Mail has been fined for failing to adequately prevent mail being lost, damaged or stolen. It was my son's birthday on January 31. One of his cards arrived in a damaged envelope and two others, containing money from his grandparents and uncle, weren't delivered at all.
