Regarding caps which young people wear with the peak to the back of the head (Letters, February 16) , when I was staying in the US with friends, they passed on the meaning of the different cap positions.
If the cap is on correctly, then the youngsters are feeling good like little angels, in fact. If they wear it sideways, then they are feeling cheeky, so watch out.
If, on the other hand, the peak is turned right round to the back of their heads, then they are saying, "Watch out, I'm a little devil today".
Oh, the joy of youth.
