Ricochet's latest offering confirms its reputation as one of the most inventive and challenging dance companies around.
Determined to provide the dancers with something much wilder to dance on than a boring, bare floor, the company commissioned international designer John Napier to come up with a new idea. The result is a shifting, sculptural set - an exciting surface for Fin Walker's visceral choreography.
The story charts four souls who inhabit this weird new territory, as it splits and reforms, and they are thrown together and apart in equal measures. A pulsing, percussive score from Ben Park underpins the show, emphasising the emotional intensity of the work.
Starts 8pm. Tickets cost £7-£12.50. Call 01273 685861.
