I write regarding the fine imposed on the Post Office for the number of lost and stolen letters.
How do the powers that be know the extent of its losses? I'm sure hundreds of lost or stolen letters go unreported.
I didn't receive two letters posted to me in the Christmas period, one containing photos.
The introduction of push-along trolleys must be a boon to the criminal element. They are often left exposed, while the postman goes up a drive or round a corner.
Had I been that way inclined, I could have helped myself many a time.
