Dennis Rodman today revealed Genesis Brighton Bears face international opposition in their audacious bid to bring him back to Sussex.

The five-times NBA champion signed off in style as Bears beat high-flying London Towers 103-84 at Crystal Palace last night.

Bears have been contacted by NBA clubs anxious for tape of Rodman's three games in the British League.

But they are serious in plans to bring him back, possibly for a double-header to start next season.

Rodman said: "It depends if they want me back. My schedule is real busy but I would be happy to come back and experience this again for a longer time."

Asked about a possible NBA comeback, Rodman said: "I will be training five days a week and hopefully we will give it a shot. Portland and Toronto want me to have trials.

"Just me being on the floor on the bench will bring people into the stands.

"Give me that ten million dollars.

"I would be the first guy to do that at my age.

"I've played in Shanghai, Beijing. Germany want me, Turkey want me.

"They want me but I need to stay somewhere for a long period of time."

Rodman had a modest four points and nine rebounds but played some great defence as 32-point Terrance McGee led Bears home.
