As this week is "random acts of kindness" week, I wanted to tell readers about two lovely people who certainly fulfilled the ethos.
On Monday, myself, my two-year-old son, a friend and her 14-year-old daughter had a cup of coffee and a croissant at a tearoom in Hampton Place, Brighton.
We ordered and waited for a while, in which time my little one was amusing himself as best as any two year old can.
we were upsetting the other customers, namely, two women.
The two women in question,
on their coats, voiced their disapproval at our treatment and left.
went off in search of another cafe.
want to say a big thank you again for the support of the two women.
treat was spent in Waitrose instead.
hostility? Thank goodness I have stopped breast-feeding.
so this doesn't happen again?
