Might I suggest Southern Water send a representative to North America, to an Indian reservation, and recruit a rain man who could teach them the art of rain dancing.
I also read (The Argus, February 6) a Southern Water representative is a member of a committee which is discussing more homes for our region.
It was reported this representative has not once objected to more housing on the basis it would put further strain on the provision of water in our region.
But one wouldn't expect them to make such an observation as each new home built would boost the income of the company.
Lastly, may I ask Southern Water whether, if they are unable in the future to meet the needs of their customers, the company will be giving said customers rebates?
