Small and large businesses are invited to attend a free event to help them be better equipped to help disabled people.
Local and national speakers will give talks on how small, cheap and practical measures can be put in place to help support employees and customers with disabilities.
Organisers aim to dispel the myth that dealing with disability means high costs.
Nick Boyd, of Gochers Laundry in Alma Street, Lancing, said: "Adapting the way of working has not cost a penny and we have all learnt a great deal.
"I now look at people in terms of their abilities, not their disabilities."
The event is being hosted by Rewards Training and City College Brighton and Hove next Wednesday in the lecture theatre in Pelham Tower at City College Brighton and Hove, Pelham Street, Brighton, from 6pm to 7.30pm.
There will be a free buffet and refreshments.
To book a place call Paul Williams on 01273 739028.
